When ISP pays you

ISP pays 30% of an order’s value within 3 days of your confirming it, and 70% of each shipment’s value within 7 days of recording it.

Where: Supplier portal → Payments from ISP

Steps

  1. Open Payments from ISP to see what is to be paid and what has been paid.
  2. Each payment shows its order and whether it is the 30% on confirmation or 70% of a shipment.

Good to know

  • Payments go to your approved bank details. A change to them is confirmed by ISP before it is used.
  • If ISP cancels an order, nothing more is paid for it.

Questions

A payment hasn’t arrived

Check that the shipment was recorded with its bill of lading, and that your bank details haven’t changed recently: a change is confirmed before payments go to it.
