Add a product
Choose the product’s category, then answer its questions step by step. It is saved as a draft until you submit it for ISP’s review.
Where: Supplier portal → Add a product
Steps
- Open the Supplier portal and select Add a product.
- Choose the category: it decides the questions you are asked. Select Start.
- Fill in each step: the basics, your terms (price ex-works, in your currency), the category’s questions, packing, variants and images. Each step is saved as you go, even with mistakes.
- Fix anything marked, then open Review your product and submit it for review.
Good to know
- Partners see nothing until ISP has reviewed and published it.
- Keep anything that names your company (logos, brand names, watermarks) out of titles, descriptions and photos: buyers must not be able to tell who made it. Hidden details in photos and PDFs, such as camera and location data, are removed when you upload them.
- If ISP corrects an answer while reviewing, the product shows what was Changed by ISP.
