Set up variants
List the options a product comes in (such as size, colour or finish). Each variant you make gets its own SKU and stock; they share the product’s price.
Where: Supplier portal → a product → Variants
Steps
- In the product form, open the Variants step.
- Name each option and its values.
- For each combination you make, enter its SKU and stock. Leave out combinations you don’t make.
- Choose whether the minimum order applies to each variant or to all variants together.
Good to know
- Variants share the product’s price and price breaks.
- In a spreadsheet upload, give each variant its own row naming its product in parent_sku.
