Update your stock
See on hand, reserved and available stock for each SKU. Change it here, or upload a stock sheet.
Where: Supplier portal → Stock
Steps
- Open the Supplier portal and select Stock.
- Change a SKU’s On hand figure and select Save.
- For many at once, download the template (your SKUs and today’s figures), change the On hand column and upload it.
Good to know
- Reserved stock is held for partners’ orders; available is on hand less reserved.
- A stock sheet has the columns SKU and On hand, up to 1,000 rows and 1 MB. Good rows are applied; any others are listed with the reason.
- Only products with a SKU (or variants with one) are listed.
