Your catalogue: review, changes and archiving

Products go from Draft to Pending review to Published. Changes to a published product are reviewed before partners see them. Archive what you no longer sell.

Where: Supplier portal → Your catalogue

Steps

  1. Open Your catalogue and choose a tab: Draft, Pending review, Published or Archived.
  2. Search by title or SKU.
  3. Open a product to change it. Changes to a published product are sent to ISP; it stays on sale as it was until they are approved.
  4. Select Archive to take a product off sale, or Restore to draft to work on it again.

Good to know

  • ISP checks each product’s details, images, certificates and HS code before publishing it.
  • A product pending review must be withdrawn before it can be archived.
  • A draft ISP has never seen can be discarded; a product ISP has seen can only be archived. Archived products are kept for their order history.
