Your trade account and payment options
With a trade account you order now and pay on your terms after delivery. Otherwise, pay a 30% deposit or in full in advance.
Where: Partner portal → Billing
Steps
- Open Billing to see your credit limit, how much is used, how much is available, and your terms (for example Net 30 days).
- At checkout, choose On your trade account to be invoiced on delivery, or a deposit or payment in advance.
Good to know
- Used includes unpaid invoices and orders placed on your account.
- If your trade account is on hold, or an order is over your available credit, pay a deposit or in advance.
- If you don’t have a trade account yet, pay a deposit or in advance, or ask ISP for credit.
- Your team’s Admins and Approvers see the whole account; buyers see what was asked of them for their own checkouts.
Questions
Why is my trade account on hold?
Usually because an invoice is overdue. Pay it, quoting the invoice number, and ISP lifts the hold.
