Invoices, credit notes and paying

ISP’s invoices, credit notes and requests for payment in advance are listed with what is still to pay. Pay by bank transfer, quoting the reference.

Where: Partner portal → Billing

Steps

  1. Open Billing. Each invoice shows its order, issue date, due date, amount, what is still to pay and its status.
  2. Under Payment requests, see any deposit, balance or advance payment ISP has asked for.
  3. Pay ISP by bank transfer, quoting the invoice or request number as the payment reference. ISP’s bank details are under How to pay; until they are shown there, ISP sends them to you.

Good to know

  • Orders on your trade account are invoiced on delivery, and due by your terms.
  • A credit note takes an amount off what you owe, or is refunded.
  • VAT on ISP’s invoices is still being confirmed, so invoices are drafts for now.

Questions

I paid but it still shows as to pay

Bank transfers take time to reach ISP and be matched. If it still shows after a working day, write to support with the reference and the date you paid.
