Notifications, email and WhatsApp
The bell shows new orders and other news. You can also be told by WhatsApp when an order is released to you.
Where: Supplier portal → the bell at the top
Steps
- Select the bell at the top to see your notifications. Select one to go straight to it.
- Select Mark all read to clear the count.
- To get WhatsApp messages, open Notifications, select WhatsApp notifications and follow the steps.
Good to know
- Notifications from the last 90 days are kept.
- WhatsApp messages give the reference and a link to sign in: never prices or bank details.
