Notifications, email and WhatsApp
The bell shows what needs your attention. You can also be told by WhatsApp when an approval is waiting, or an order is confirmed, shipped or delivered.
Where: Partner portal → the bell at the top
Steps
- Select the bell at the top to see your notifications. Select one to go straight to it.
- Select Mark all read to clear the count.
- To get WhatsApp messages, open Notifications, select WhatsApp notifications and follow the steps.
Good to know
- Notifications from the last 90 days are kept.
- WhatsApp messages give the reference and a link to sign in: never prices or bank details.
